
I thought this was a great topic for my current situation. I have decided to up my workouts and set a goal for myself, train for 30 days to be fitness ready for a photo shoot! YES, I know CRAZY!! With my hectic work schedule, travel, various events around San Diego I attend regularly, and the list goes on.....HOW IN THE WORLD CAN I MAKE THIS HAPPEN?? Well the answer is simple, follow the acronym SMART fitness goal setting model.
- S – (Specific, Significant, Stretching)
- M – (Measurable, Meaningful, Motivational)
- A – (Agreed upon, Attainable, Achievable, Acceptable, Action-oriented)
- R – (Realistic, Relevant, Reasonable, Rewarding, Results-oriented)
- T – (Time-based, Timely, Tangible, Trackable)
- S ~ My goal is to have defined muscle tone at an amateur fitness model level for a modeling photo shoot.
- M ~ I have always wanted to compete at some level in the fitness world and look up to the men and women who take pride in their bodies. Fitness is not only a passion of mine, but a way of life
- A ~ I live a very active life, maintain a healthy diet and love a new challenge.
- R ~ At this current point of my life I have professionally taken on the fitness world by providing Marketing and Branding services through my company, Prestige Insight, that are industry specific. I recently found passion in sharing my love and knowledge for fitness and a healthy lifestyle though this blog.
- T ~ I have set the GOAL of 30 days which is a great time frame given the current condition of my body.
