~BANANA-MANGO PROTEIN SMOOTHIE~
Ingredients:
1 Scoop Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Frozen Mango Cubes
1/2 Banana
1/2 Cup Greek Non-Fat Plain Yogurt (Trader Joes has a great one)
1 Tablespoon Wheat Germ
1 Tablespoon Grounded Flax Seed
1/2 - 1 Cup Water
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend for 30 seconds. Enjoy!
