Gluten-Free Banana Apple Bread (Vegan, Dairy Free)

INGREDIENTS: 2 Ripe Bananas 1 Apple, peeled & diced 1 1/4 Cups Oat Flour 1/2 Cup Almond Meal Flour 1/2 cup Applesauce (Used Raspberry Applesauce) 1 Tbsp Raw Honey 10-20 Drops of Liquid Stevia 1 Tsp baking soda 1 Tsp salt | DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9" loaf pan In a medium sized bowl, mash the bananas Add the rest of the ingredients & mix. Pour into greased pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out dry. Cool in pan for 15 minutes & then transfer to a cooling rack. Enjoy! |
