Finding a boot camp that is right for you can be confusing. Everywhere you look personal trainers, training facilities, and gyms are now offering boot camps and group style classes. Deciding which boot camp or group class is right for your exercise, weight loss or strength training goals can be a bit over-whelming. I have been to quite a few different types of boot camps over the last few years and I can tell you not one is constructed the same; each trainer brings their own personal touch with fitness philosophy and personality. Traditionally, a boot camp refers to military style training, however today boot camps range from indoor/outdoor, circuit training, gender specific, targeted goals, exercise style and levels. The overall objective of a boot camp is to challenge your body to its limit; you work hard, sweat, have fun and burn calories like crazy.
