Happy "Thankful Thursday"! Will Power is something that comes from within us. Will Power is definitely something we can control when it comes to our eating habits as well as our dedication and motivation to fitness. As with everything in life, the key is moderation, especially when it comes to food intake. Having the Will Power to pass up that cupcake your co-worker brought to work or that Sunday Night pizza you ordered for the kids plays a KEY role in weight management and overall health. Will Power also plays a KEY role in NOT hitting the snooze button on the alarm in the morning and getting out of bed to get that morning workout in. I challenge you to record ALL your food intake and to log your physical activity for a week. You will be surprised at your accomplishments!
