
♥ Ingredients ♥ 1/2 Cup Buckwheat Flour 1/4 Cup Almond Meal Flour 1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon 1 Tsp Baking powder 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce 10 Drop Liquid Stevia 1 Small Apple (peeled & chopped) 1 Egg 1/4-1/2 Cup Almond Milk or Water Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 5 minutes Yields: 6 Pancakes ** Double recipe ingredients for larger quantity of pancakes. | ♥ Directions ♥ Grease griddle pan with cooking oil or butter & preheat with low flam or setting. Mix dry ingredients together; add egg, apple sauce, stevia drops & almond milk, whisk together well....mixture should be thick but slightly runny. Fold in chopped apple pieces. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto hot griddle. Cook 1 to 1½ minutes, turning when edges look cooked & bubbles begin to break on the surface.
