Your training will begin with a fitness assessment to determine your
fitness level. Based on your results, a training program will be
designed to help you reach your goal. Success is achieved by
changing the exercises so your body doesn't plateau.
Personal
Training:
One-on-One or small group. Training will include cardio,
flexibility, core work, balance, and strength. Reactive and
speed/agility training will be determined based on client's goals.
GRAVITY:
GTS features a rolling glide board that fully supports the spine.
With the GTS pulley system, resistance remains constant through the
full range of motion in all planes (sagittal, frontal, transverse),
working the core at the same time. GTS offers a great option of
strength training and Pilates. |
